It is simple to get your meal plan for the week. Just: scroll down, choose the color meal plan you would like and download the pdf file… there are recipe links embedded in each of the files. At the bottom of each meal plan, I have added a section for healthy eating goals. Have the discussion with your child about adding more fruits and vegetables to their diet. Ask your kiddo what they would like to do to add more yummy fruits and veggies to their day!
