Pears with Gorgonzola and Walnuts
Fruit, cheese, and nuts are a classic flavor combination. That combo also provides a bunch of health benefits.
Servings 2 servings
- 1-2 pears cored and sliced
- ¼ c gorgonzola crumbles
- 12 walnut halves
- 1 tbsp honey
- Lay the pear slices on a plate, and top with the gorgonzola crumbles.
- Top each slice with 1 walnut. and drizzle with honey.
- Serve and enjoy.
