Your Meal Plan, Shopping List, & Day 5 Challenge
Your challenge for Day 5 is to write down the obstacles you expect to encounter that will prevent you from eating lower GI foods as the 30 Day Challenge builds. Your answers from Day 4, will help you understand these better. Once you’ve got your list of barriers to success, make a plan to address these head on when they inevitably arise so you can stay on the wagon, as the road gets shaky.
