    • ½ cup cane sugar or turbinado sugar
    • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • 2 eggs
    • ½ cup milk of choice
    • ¼ cup applesauce
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ¼ cup walnuts finely chopped
    • ¼ cup dried cranberries
