Asian Pear Slaw

  • 2 Asian pears peeled and julienned
  • 2 ribs celery julienned
  • ¼ c fresh cilantro leaves finely chopped
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger finely grated
  • juice of 1-2 limes
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon Thai chili pepper finely chopped (optional)


  • Combine ginger, lime juice and rice vinegar.
  • Toss with the remaining ingredients
  • Can be kept in the refrigerator 1-2 days
