Asian Pear Slaw
- 2 Asian pears peeled and julienned
- 2 ribs celery julienned
- ¼ c fresh cilantro leaves finely chopped
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger finely grated
- juice of 1-2 limes
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon Thai chili pepper finely chopped (optional)
- Combine ginger, lime juice and rice vinegar.
- Toss with the remaining ingredients
- Can be kept in the refrigerator 1-2 days
